According to sources cited by PTI, uncertainties have emerged, preventing her from traveling to the UK for at least the next two days. Hasina initially intended to seek political asylum in London after a brief stay in New Delhi.

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar informed an all-party meeting in New Delhi that India has offered Hasina support. He mentioned that the former prime minister is in shock after being forced to leave Bangladesh. The Indian government is giving her time before deciding on her next steps.

Hasina arrived at the Hindon airbase on Monday, shortly after resigning as prime minister, and has been moved to an undisclosed location. While she was initially expected to travel to London, she is reconsidering her options after the British government indicated that she might not receive legal protection in the UK against potential investigations. This development has added uncertainty to her future plans.
