The Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) International Stadium Complex in Ranchi is gearing up to host the first One-Day International between India and South Africa on 30 November 2025. As preparations enter the final stage, the excitement among cricket fans has reached a new high. JSCA has officially released the ticket prices for all stands and hospitality areas, giving fans a clear picture of how much they will need to spend to witness the high-voltage contest. The lowest-priced ticket has been fixed at ₹1,200 for the East and West Hill stands, while the most expensive ticket—priced at ₹12,000—will be for the President’s Enclosure with hospitality.
The association has categorised the stadium stands according to seating arrangements, view, and amenities. Wing A, Wing C, and the Donors Enclosure fall into the mid-range bracket, offering tickets between ₹1,300 and ₹1,600. Wing B and Wing D have slightly higher pricing due to better vantage points, with their lower tiers priced at ₹2,200 and ₹2,000, respectively. Fans looking for a premium viewing experience can opt for the Amitabh Choudhary Pavilion’s Premium Terrace at ₹2,400 or explore hospitality options that include the Corporate Box at ₹6,000, the Corporate Lounge at ₹10,000, and the Hospitality Box at ₹7,000. The MS Dhoni Pavilion features a Luxury Parlour priced at ₹7,500, while the Donors Enclosure offers entry at ₹1,600. Additionally, the Spice Box enclosure has been set at ₹1,900, making it another mid-range choice for spectators.
JSCA has also clarified the purchase limits for various categories. Life Members will be eligible to buy up to five tickets within the ₹1,300 to ₹7,000 price range. Affiliated district units can secure up to 100 tickets, which include 150 tickets priced at ₹1,000 and 50 tickets costing ₹2,000. Similarly, affiliated schools, clubs, and institutions will be allowed to purchase 25 tickets—15 priced at ₹1,300 and the remaining 10 at ₹2,000. These limits are aimed at ensuring fair access and preventing large-scale hoarding.
The complimentary ticket distribution for JSCA members is scheduled to begin on 23 November at Keenan Stadium in Jamshedpur. The process will continue on 24 November at the MS Dhoni Pavilion in Ranchi, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For general spectators, JSCA is expected to start ticket sales after 25 November. Tickets will be available both at offline counters located near the stadium’s West Gate and through an online booking platform, details of which are awaited. The association has assured fans that strict measures will be implemented to prevent black-marketing and ensure that genuine spectators get the opportunity to attend the match without inconvenience.
Both teams will be accommodated at Hotel Radisson Blu in Ranchi, where heightened security arrangements will be put in place. Special protocols will be followed for movement from the airport to the hotel and the practice venue. Before the match, both India and South Africa will participate in training sessions at the stadium. Considering the expected heavy footfall, authorities are finalising special arrangements for smooth entry, exit, parking, and crowd movement. With enthusiasm building rapidly and infrastructure ready to support a large turnout, Ranchi is fully prepared to welcome fans for an exciting international cricket encounter.
