In India, Jio has completely changed the landscape of internet services. Because data bundles and lower recharges are convenient for custommers, the corporation commands the largest market share. Big telecom companies, such as Airtel and Vodafone Idea, are not able to compete with it. However, Elon Musk's Starlink is coming to take on Mukesh Ambani's company.

Starlink mainly provides satellite-based Internet services. Starlink has introduced this service in 60 countries worldwide. The company is also interested in coming to India. A central government approval is what the corporation is awaiting. And on that occasion, they are moving step by step.

Reliance has already launched Jio Fiber and Jio Air Fiber. There is also a 5G network. Mukesh Ambani's company has also launched Jio Space Fibre to give a fight to Starlink. Jio has even gotten a licence from the concerned authorities.

Both Jio and Airtel's OneWeb have gotten licenses. They have started preparing for the race for satellite-based Internet services. Since Starlink is yet to get permission in India, customers will have to rely on Jio and Airtel.

One of the richest men in the world, Elon Musk's company Starlink, plans to offer internet services in India. However, Starlink has failed to enter the domestic market as it has yet to get clearance from the central government. And with that opportunity, Jio is moving step by step.

Last year, an application was made to the concerned authorities to provide Internet services in India, but it was rejected. The company was forced to refund customers' money. However, according to media reports, Starlink may apply again this year or next year.

Many customers may quit Jio and Airtel if Starlink starts offering services in the country. Therefore, the earnings of these two companies will be impacted by Starlink's service launch in India. But the price at which Starlink decides to offer internet access in India will determine everything.
