In a jab at Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, Badruddin Ajmal, the leader of the All India Democratic Front (AIUDF) and an MP from Assam, has stated that since Gandhi is still single, a lot of single women will come see him.
Speaking to the media on January 9, Badaruddin Ajmal made fun of Rahul Gandhi by joking that since he is still single, many single women might end up participating in the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra. To make matters worse, Ajmal added that Gandhi will be extremely fortunate if any of the women wind up falling in love with him.
Ajmal added, "He is not a big leader yet. Assam will host Rahul Gandhi. Considering his looks and the fact that he is unmarried, many women will go see him. His life will be successful if even one of them falls in love with him. As a result, there will be crowds. However, they will not receive any votes. In the end, he will not win".
Furthermore, Ajmal stated that Congress will not even secure half a seat. Thus, they are happy to welcome Rahul Gandhi. Ajmal also referred to Rahul as a prince, calling him a young Nehru clan member.
