As the Jharkhand Assembly elections approach, the seat-sharing agreement among NDA coalition parties is nearing completion. An official announcement from the high commands of the constituent parties is expected in the next couple of days in Delhi.

Seat Distribution
According to insider sources, the following seats are allocated to the AJSU party:
Silli,Ramgarh,Gomia,Dumri,Barkagaon,Mandu,Lohardaga,Panki,Pakur,Chandankiyari, Ichagarh,Jugsalai.
However, there remains ambiguity regarding the Mandu seat, which is under significant contention from the JD(U). In exchange for Mandu, AJSU may receive either Jamtara or Sindri. AJSU’s district president, Mantu Mahto, has proposed reconsidering the Sindri seat for better alignment.
Ongoing Negotiations
Conflicts are also brewing between BJP and AJSU over the Tundi seat, with BJP advocating for Rajiv Ojha, considering the Brahmin population in the area. Last elections, BJP's Vikram Pandey secured 48,000 votes, while Rajkishor Mahto raised AJSU's flag from the same seat. AJSU’s Haladhar Mahto is reportedly putting in significant effort for Tundi.

JD(U) and Other Parties

The JD(U) is set to receive the following seats:

Baghmara,Mandu,Panki,Chatra,Deoghar
Meanwhile, the LJP will get the SikariPada seat, the HAM will take Chhatra, and the NCP will secure Hussaainabad.

Interesting Dynamics
The Baghmara seat is particularly intriguing due to past political rivalries. Former Chief Minister Raghubar Das's loyalists, Ravindra Pandey and Ravindra Rai, have not forgotten the grievances from their previous exclusions. With Nitish Kumar's increased influence, there are speculations about potential changes regarding this seat. JD(U) has hinted at appointing Deep Narayan Singh for the constituency, indicating a shift in power dynamics.

As negotiations continue, it remains to be seen how the final allocation of seats unfolds.

Conclusion
The ongoing seat-sharing discussions within the NDA coalition reflect a complex political landscape in Jharkhand. With various parties vying for strategic positions, the outcome will significantly influence the electoral contest ahead.
