Temjen Imna Along was elected to the Nagaland assembly from Alongtaki constituency in 2018. Now he is the Minister of Higher and Technical Education and Tourism. He was the state BJP president from January 2020 to September 2023. He completed his pre-university in commerce from local collage in Dimapur in 1999.
