ED called, but Kejriwal didn't show up!

Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi, has once again been summoned by the ED to appear regarding the liquor scam.

And even after the ED issued a third summon, the Chief Minister of Delhi has once again failed to show up at the office. In response to the summons, the Chief Minister declared it to be unlawful in a letter sent from his legal team.

It is noteworthy that the Delhi chief minister and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader have been summoned by the ED for investigation after Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh was arrested in the liquor scam case.

The ED summoned the chief minister for questioning for the first time on November 2. However, Arvind Kejriwal had not appeared as of yet.

The ED recently sent the chief minister a third summons.  It should be noted that in April of last year, Kejriwal was questioned by the CBI regarding the Delhi liquor scam.
