With the restoration of the Lok Sabha membership of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, the opposition has started considering itself strong. Although his sentence has been temporarily stayed, he has not been acquitted. The Congress wanted Rahul Gandhi's presence in Parliament before the no-confidence motion. According to the Congress, Rahul Gandhi can present the stand of the people and the opposition against the ruling party in the House in a well-reasoned manner.

Opposition leader confused with membership restoration

With the reinstatement of Rahul Gandhi's membership, opposition parties including the Congress can get a boost. The opposition alliance 'India' got an edge, while many leaders of the opposition parties are not happy internally. Most of the leaders of the opposition are publicly expressing their happiness about this restoration, but the leaders engaged in the exercise of making themselves the main face of the opposition, will now find a new way for themselves and take this exercise forward.  Arvind Kejriwal, Mamta Banerjee, Nitish Kumar are internally hurt by the reinstatement of Rahul Gandhi's membership, but all of them will publicly show themselves as Rahul Gandhi's companions.

After Rahul Gandhi others got hope of membership restoration

Now, including the 'India' alliance, many leaders whose membership has been canceled will also legally go to the court. Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav is also now hopeful of restoring the assembly membership of Azam Khan and his son Abdullah Azam.
