Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is set to receive the prestigious Pardo alla Carriera award at the Locarno Film Festival, honoring his extraordinary career in Indian cinema. The festival's announcement on Tuesday highlighted Khan’s significant contributions to the film industry.
Khan will be awarded on August 10 at Piazza Grande, a renowned open-air venue. Adding to the celebration, his acclaimed film "Devdas," directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, will be screened at the festival. The following day, Khan is scheduled to participate in a conversation at the Forum @Spazio Cinema.
