On Friday, Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai remarked on his 20-year journey at Google, stating that while a lot has changed since he started as a product manager in 2004, he still gets the same excitement from working at the Mountain View, California-based company.

Pichai shared his story on Instagram, writing, "April 26, 2004 was my first day at Google." Since then, many things have changed, including technology, the number of people using our products, and even my hair. What hasn't changed is the excitement I get from working for this incredible firm. I'm still feeling lucky after 20 years."

It includes a remembrance provided by Google. The graphic includes two ID cards belonging to Pichai, which show his journey from the company's early days to the present. After working briefly at Applied Materials and McKinsey, Pichai joined Google in 2004 as a product manager and quickly rose through the ranks. He contributed significantly to the creation of Google Chrome and the Android operating systems.
