Indian-American entrepreneur and Democratic fundraiser Ajay Jain Bhutoria has released a Bollywood-inspired music video, "Nacho Nacho," to encourage South Asians in key battleground states to vote for Vice President Kamala Harris in the upcoming November 5 election. The song, performed by Bollywood singer Shibani Kashyap and produced by Ritesh Parikh, founder of Awesome TV, aims to rally the South Asian-American community to support Harris and her running mate, Tim Walz.

"'Nacho Nacho' isn't just a song, it's a movement," Bhutoria said, highlighting how the video celebrates the community's festive spirit while emphasizing the importance of voting. Parikh added that Harris represents a vision of unity and diversity, similar to the themes Bollywood often portrays.

Bhutoria, a National Finance Committee member for Harris' presidential campaign, believes the South Asian vote could be decisive. He plans to release additional Bollywood-inspired videos to increase voter turnout, building on the success of similar videos that went viral during the 2020 campaign.

"Kamala Harris' journey is one we all believe in," Bhutoria said, emphasizing the role of music and culture in mobilizing voters for the election.
