The ‘Devara' hero, Junior NTR has called upon the youth to cooperate with the state government which is working towards a drug-free society. He expressed his concern that many youths are getting addicted to drugs and ruining their bright future.

To this extent, NTR has released a special video on the X platform as his responsibility to support the anti-narcotic team on drug-free Telangana.

'Life is precious, come join hands with me. The future of the country lies in the hands of the youth,' says NTR in a video released on the platform of X. He also expressed pity about drug addicted youth and said that “For some temporary pleasure, due to peer influence, thousands of youth being attracted to drugs is very painful”.

NTR suggested the society that “If anyone is selling, buying or consuming drugs in Telangana, it is advised to immediately inform the Anti-Narcotics Bureau”.

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has recently suggested that the actors or technicians of the film industry should create awareness among the youth on drugs and cybercrime. He has given a condition to film industry that, those who come for permission to increase the ticket rates, should have taken up anti-drug campaign in support of Telangana. CM said that the film industry has the responsibility to protect the society.
