Urban Naxals are running Congress, said PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi attacked the Congress in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. "The Congress is spreading the virus of negativity across the country," he said.

Assembly elections in five states will be a big test ahead of 2024. Meanwhile, the opposition as well as the ruling party at the centre have already started preparations for the polls in full swing. Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a party programme in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. He also lashed out at the Congress over the BJP's 'Karyata Mahakumbh' programme.. Prime Minister Narendra Modi sneered that the Congress is run by 'urban naxals'.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the Congress has now gone from being a political party to a company. "This company gives everything from its leaders to slogans to urban Naxals. "The Congress was destroyed first, then bankrupt," Modi said. And now it's being controlled by someone else. Do you know who controls them? That is, urban Naxals."

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also called the Congress "rusted iron". "Congress has no vision for the future. They can't do well for the country. It has hindered everything that is good for the country. In this context, the Prime Minister also mentioned that the Congress had blocked the introduction of the digital payment system UPI.

The BJP, on the other hand, has given jobs to the youth. Prime Minister Modi claimed that there has been tremendous improvement in education, from economic growth to health services and education. Stating that 13.5 crore people in Madhya Pradesh have been lifted out of poverty during the BJP rule, Prime Minister said, "Modi's guarantees never go blank. There is a 'guarantee' for each guarantee." In this context, he mentioned the passage of the Women's Reservation Bill in Parliament. However, most opposition parties, including the Congress, have supported the bill. Under pressure, the Congress, along with the "arrogant" alliance, has given reservations to the Women's Reservation Bill. The Prime Minister asked, "When the Congress was in power, why didn't they pass the Women's Reservation Bill?
