US Elections: Swing States Will Likely Decide the Winner

The US presidential election is just three weeks away. Kamala Harris and Donald Trump's campaign strategies are receiving a boost. In numerous survey polls, the margin between the two is extremely narrow, prompting both contenders to give it their all. Primarily concentrating on battleground states which called ‘swing states’. Both are making a concerted effort to win the votes of various sections. Both are actively working to secure the votes of Latino Americans, African Americans, Arab Americans, and Hispanics. The reason for this is that these swing states show favouritism to each party in each election.

The presidential race has become a juicy one as both candidates try to capture the black and Hispanic vote. In the beginning, the black people looked towards Donald Trump, but after the nomination of Kamala Harris, the situation changed completely. Hispanic voters gravitate toward Trump. Recent surveys indicate that the opposition is gaining support from traditional voters. Some Latinos, as well as Blacks, show their support for Trump.

Key states are Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, and North Carolina. The rivalry or competition between Trump and Kamala Harris is fierce in North Carolina and Arizona. Kamala Harris leads by one point in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Georgia. However, this could potentially shift as the election gets closer.

The importance of campaign slogans is increasing as well. However, the topic of migration is a focal point on the agendas of both of them. The election will be affected by immigration, border control, economic development, and abortion rights.

In the previous election, Trump suggested constructing a barrier along the Mexico border. Trump claims that numerous immigrants have come into the US unlawfully during Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' time. It is true that, en numbers of Haitians are residing unlawfully in areas such as Springfield, Ohio. Democrats are arguing that the border patrol has been strict. Abortion is identified as the second most important priority.

The competition looks tough as both the candidates are equal weight. It is not possible to predict who will win the exciting election battle. Kamala Harris, the Democratic candidate, is enthusiastic about winning the presidential election to become America's inaugural female president. Donald Trump is anxious to assume the responsibilities of the presidency. In the neck and neck fight, we have to wait till November 5 to find out which side the voters will lean towards.
