Popular Indian YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, known as BeerBiceps, recently fell victim to a cyber attack that saw both of his main YouTube channels hacked and deleted. The channels, with millions of subscribers, were compromised on Wednesday night, and renamed "Tesla" by the attackers. The hackers replaced Allahbadia’s original content, including his well-known interviews and podcasts, with older streams from events featuring tech billionaire Elon Musk and former U.S. President Donald Trump.

BeerBiceps, a channel that Allahbadia started at the age of 22, was renamed "@Elon.trump.tesla_live2024," while his personal channel was changed to "@Tesla.event.trump_2024." After the attack, YouTube took down both channels, displaying the message, “This page isn’t available. Sorry about that.”

Allahbadia, who has not yet issued an official statement, responded to the situation with a humorous take on Instagram. Initially posting that he was in Singapore, he later clarified that he was in Mumbai when the attack occurred. On his Instagram account (@beerbiceps), he shared a photo of vegan burgers, captioning it, “Celebrating my two main channels being hacked with my favorite food. Vegan burgers. “Death of BeerBiceps coincides with the end of my diet,” he remarked. He later posted a selfie with an eye mask, asking, “Could this be the end of my YouTube journey?”

Ranveer Allahbadia, who manages seven channels and has amassed approximately 12 million subscribers, is a well-known figure in India’s digital space. He started BeerBiceps as a fitness channel but later diversified to include interviews and motivational content featuring celebrities and thought leaders.

This hack follows a recent attack on India’s Supreme Court YouTube channel. As of now, it is unclear whether Allahbadia has regained control of his channels or if YouTube has provided further assistance. Fans await updates from the YouTuber as he navigates this significant cyber breach.
